1. Product Introduction
MH-180 three-dimensional packaging machine is a product carefully developed by our company. It is widely used for single-piece high-speed automatic film packaging of small box products. It can be used in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics markets and is suitable for packaging of various specifications. The whole machine design is more reasonable, using frequency conversion speed regulation and mechanical, electrical, optical and gas integrated automatic control, and is manufactured in strict accordance with the "GMP" standard requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.This machine can be linked with the cartoning machine for production.
2. Performance characteristics
1.The whole machine adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation;
2. The equipment has compact and reasonable structure, stable performance, and easy operation and maintenance;
3. The main transmission is controlled by motors, and the size of the lower film can be adjusted at will;
4. The machine body is made of a full stainless steel frame, and the machine platform and the parts that come into contact with the packaged objects are all made of stainless steel, meeting the hygiene standards;
5. The mold cost is low and the replacement is convenient. Only a small number of parts need to be replaced to realize the packaging of boxes of different specifications. It is an ideal choice for multi-specification and multi-variety three-dimensional wrapping;
6. The equipment runs fast, has good synchronization and stability of movements, and has high production efficiency.
