The machine is suitable for rapid rotation pelleting of wet powdery materials in laboratories of pharmaceutical, health care, chemical industry, pesticide, universities and other production and scientific research units.  The powder material must have a certain viscosity after adding the adhesive (water).  


FEATURES

This machine is an equipment for extruding material particles through the sieve hole of stainless steel sieve barrel with S-type rotary grinding knife.  It can be used to crush pressed tablets into mechanical granules or bricks into whole granules.  At the same time, it is used in chemicals to grind mixed powder into granules for drying and pressing.  It can also crush the materials which condense into blocks during storage or agglomerate in chemical processing. It can be used in the food industry as powder mixtures and mixed raw materials such as malt dairy products made of granule, solid beverage granulation, and condiment granulation such as chicken essence, seafood essence, isatidis root, Cordyceps sinensis and so on  .
