Working Principle
1. Grinding Principle: The raw materials enter the grinding chamber through the hopper, and are first crushed by the three ridges on the movable grinding plate and the rotating grinding cover during operation. Then they enter the gap between the two grinding plates, where they are ground into powder by the two grinding plates with teeth on their surfaces.
2. Reasons for not achieving fine powder with new grinding discs and improvement methods:
Reason: At present, the casting process in China cannot guarantee that the grinding discs produced at high temperatures fully meet the finest grinding requirements, and there may be slight errors in thickness and surface flatness, which is a normal phenomenon. Improvement methods:
1: The teeth of the new grinding discs are not even, so it is recommended to use river sand to grind (river sand, of any size is fine), 2 pounds of river sand should be poured into the hopper and ground once, the fineness should be adjusted until there is a squeaking sound when grinding. Generally grind for 1-2 minutes. Stop the machine and take out the rotating grinding plate. Look at the entire circle of the grinding disc to see if the teeth are even and if they have all been ground flat (i.e. the height of the tooth ridges has been ground down), and then flatten them.
2: If the grinding disc is not ground with river sand, the powder will be slightly coarser and the sound will be slightly louder. The grinding disc needs about a week of adjustment period. Because the grinding disc has not been adjusted properly, there is a gap between the grinding discs and they have not fully kissed.
